Encrypt one file with AES-256-GCM and a password-derived key.

Password

Encryption uses AES-256-GCM with PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256. Losing the password makes recovery impossible.

Isolation and cleanup

Each request uses a separate temporary job directory and killable worker process. Outputs are streamed back and scheduled for deletion.

Upload limits

The backend uses your configured production limits.

Archive safety

Extraction rejects traversal paths, links, duplicate paths, excessive nesting, too many files, and decompression beyond configured limits.

Passwords

Use HTTPS in production. Passwords are processed only for the current request and are not written to result metadata.
